In addition to our work in the insurance and construction industries, Bentino has developed a self-funded private development division. This arm of the business focuses on high-end new builds and renovations, delivering luxury homes for both our own portfolio and a select group of private clients. We were allocated Sydney Builders Group by our insurance company for major storm damage repair to our house which involved all the internal walls and ceilings being taken out and replaced. We were so impressed with Evan and his team that we decided to use them to insulate and re-clad our house as well as replacing our kitchen and air conditioning. Almost a new home. Where do I start to compliment the team at SBG? My relationship with the team started in Feb 2020 when my house got damaged during the storms. Evan was one of the first people to site under the instructions of my insurance company – and in that meeting with him, I knew I was going to use him for the repairs. Despite my insurance company then taking nearly 9 months to settle my claim, whilst I had to live in an AirBnB during COVID outbreak….The team worked meticulously with me to transform my house from a repair into a renovation. Nothing ever goes according to plan ( I get that), so when we had to be agile, Ashley and her team were agile with me. They worked with me, not for me, and worked in a true partnership with me, to get the best outcome. The end result is a home that is beautiful and perfect. Honest people – who work hard to get a job done properly.
